Golden rule
- Be civil and respectful. Treat all players with decency and kindness. This single rule can resolve most issues and sets the foundation for a positive community environment.
Player conduct
- No griefing or stealing. Do not destroy, modify, or steal from other players' builds, farms, or chests without explicit permission for example on the chaos server this is allowed. If a creeper or accident damages someone's property, repair it immediately unless on the chaos server.
- No spamming or advertising. Do not repeatedly send messages in chat, use excessive caps, or promote other servers or brands.
- Keep builds appropriate. Avoid building anything offensive, sexually explicit, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate. This includes usernames and skins.
- Respect private property. Don't build too close to another player's base without their permission. Do not enter other players' claimed property or private areas without an invitation.
- Respect server-wide builds. Do not tamper with or loot public areas, such as the spawn, nether hub, or shared farms, unless signs explicitly permit it.
- Repair your environment. Fill in creeper holes, clean up floating trees, and repair damage to the landscape you cause.
- No impersonation. Do not pretend to be staff members or other players.
Gameplay mechanics
- No cheating, hacking, or exploits. The use of any external program or mod that provides an unfair advantage is forbidden. This includes X-ray, auto-clickers, block glitching and flight mods to name a few.
- Limit lag-inducing machines. Do not build machines or redstone contraptions that cause excessive server lag. Automated farms should have an off switch and not be run while you are offline.
- No PvP without consent. Unless your server is specifically designed for PvP, do not attack or kill other players without mutual agreement. Never use lava, fire, or traps to kill players in non-PvP zones.
- Return items to the rightful owner. If you witness a player die, help them get their items back if possible.
Penalties and warnings
- Disputes are handled by staff. If you have an issue with another player, contact a moderator or admin instead of escalating the conflict yourself.
Punishment tiers.
- Breaking any of the above rules is punishable, from a verbal warning to temporary bans for repeat offenses, and a permanent ban for severe or repeated violations.
- Appeals are private. Discussing punishments in public chat is not allowed. Any disagreements with a staff decision should be handled privately with an admin.
